Murder Barrel — Tabletop Miniature | 32mm Resin Print | Ready to Paint
It started as a joke. Nobody is laughing now.
The engineer who built the Murder Barrel has never publicly claimed credit for it. This is wise. What began as a workshop prank — a barrel, some legs, a pair of blades, and a personality that could generously be described as "combative" — rapidly ceased to be funny the moment it was switched on. The Murder Barrel does not distinguish between targets. It does not patrol, it does not guard, it does not follow orders. It simply skitters toward whatever moves and introduces itself with its blades. The winged skull it wears on its chest was not part of the original design. Nobody knows when it appeared, or how. Nobody has asked.
This resin miniature captures the Murder Barrel in its natural state: poised, unpredictable, and absolutely thrumming with ill intent. Four spindly mechanical legs elevate the barrel body above the ground in a spider-like stance that manages to be both ridiculous and deeply unsettling. The leaf-shaped blades extend from either side, and a perforated exhaust chimney rises from the top — venting whatever passes for enthusiasm in a machine built entirely for mayhem.
The wood-plank barrel texture, metal hoop bands, and embossed winged skull make for a wonderfully detailed paint surface, equally rewarding in classic weathered oak and iron, or something altogether more unhinged. A wildcard addition to any Ironworks of Aurumdell warband — and the origin story behind both the Welder Drone and the Driller Drone, whose creator clearly learned nothing from this experience.

Processing Time
All miniatures are 3D printed to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for us to print, cure and prepare your items before dispatch. This helps us maintain quality and avoid over-production, so we don't hold large amounts of stock. Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout (usually 2–3 working days for UK Standard).
Please note: To keep your miniature safe in transit, items are often dispatched in parts — typically the base and any separately cast pieces — for you to assemble on arrival. Assembly is straightforward and usually involves no more than 1–2 pieces alongside the main model.
